** Develop and manage a portfolio of retail partners across Asia Pacific region. ** Expand and manage all functions of retail operations (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, point of sale development) with the focus on the flagship boutiques in key Asian cities. ** Create new marketing activities and visual merchandising programs. ** Supervise and handle the general business operations and to ensure that sales targets are achieved. ** Collect and analyze sales data for report purposes. Profile/Competencies Requirements
** College degree or equivalent experience ** Successful track record and at least 5 years retail experience (preferably in high fashion, sports, F&B and/or FMCG) at managerial level or above. ** In-depth knowledge of marketing, branding with regional exposure. ** P&L management capabilities as well as ability to plan and manage budgets. ** Independent, mature, good time management and leadership skills. ** Willing to travel.
