Brisbane to welcome new Adina Hotel
Brisbane’s northern corridor is set to get a new hotel with the 148-key Adina Chermside Brisbane confirmed to open its doors in February 2026.
The new-build Adina property will be the largest hotel in the area and will be operated by TFE Hotels – the Australian-based apartment-style hotels brand.
“The signing of Adina Chermside Brisbane is a significant milestone for TFE Hotels, providing an opportunity for us to expand our Adina Hotels’ footprint from two hotels to three in Queensland,” says TFE Hotels’ Group COO, Chris Sedgwick.
“Adina Chermside brings our homegrown hotel brand to this important suburb, and our casual living philosophy – with kitchens and laundry and flexible spaces, fills a gap in the accommodation market.”
The new Adina Chermside has now officially topped out, marking a major construction milestone.
Adina Chermside Brisbane will have 148 hotel rooms, a conference space, spacious lobby, and café/bar with an all-day dining restaurant.
Guest facilities will include a lobby lounge, meeting room, and gym.
Chermside is a major health and medical hub, notably home to the Prince Charles Hospital precinct, servicing the medical needs of not only Brisbane but greater Queensland residents.
“With such great access to public transport, retail amenities and health and research services on our doorstep, this is a much-needed lifestyle hotel catering to potential business and leisure travellers as well as longer-stay hospital guests,” Sedgwick added.
Chermside is also home to one of the largest shopping centres in the country – Westfield Chermside.
Adina Chermside joins a growing network of 44 Adina Apartment Hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia, including two existing Brisbane addresses in the CBD.
