Bristol to host UKinbound’s 2020 Annual Convention
UKinbound has chosen Bristol to host its 2020 Annual Convention.
The announcement was made last night at UKinbound’s Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, which took place at Glasgow City Chambers during the final evening of the association’s 2019 Annual Convention in the city.
Bristol 2020 will take place on February 5-6 and is expected to attract 300 UKinbound members from across the UK tourism industry.
Supported by the team at Destination Bristol, UKinbound will organise a series of familiarisation trips for delegates to showcase the city’s diverse tourism.
UKinbound chief executive officer Joss Croft said: “Destination Bristol presented a very compelling bid, and we’re confident that together we can make our 2020 convention a resounding success.
"During the two day event next year, we will work closely with Destination Bristol to provide as many commercial and networking opportunities as we can for our delegates, to grow their businesses and showcase Bristol’s outstanding visitor offering, which includes Bristol Cathedral, Aerospace Bristol and Brunel’s SS Great Britain."
