British couple attacked on Greek holiday island
Two British men were beaten unconscious in an alleged homophobic attack on the popular Greek holiday island Mykonos.
The couple, from London, were on a family holiday when they were assaulted after a night out.
Talking to the Evening Standard, the pair, known only as Tristan and Vestal from Lewisham, said were punched and kicked as they left a gay bar.
The incident has been reported to local police who are investigating the attack on July 19, which was the married couple’s second night on the island.
