Brussels sprouts from Southampton
More flights to Brussels from Southampton are to be added by Eastern Airways.
The regional carrier is inceasing a twice-daily weekday frequency to three flights a day from March 26 as well as adding a Sunday service.
Southampton airport communications director Jan Halliday said: “Business travellers will undoubtedly benefit from the extra flights to and from the European Union capital.
“The service will also appeal to leisure travellers taking onward luxury cruises from Southampton as well as those visiting the many tourist attractions of offer in the region.”
