Responsibilities: To identify target customers within company’s chosen markets, which provide an opportunity for sustainable, profitable growth. Carry out sales planning to define scope, strategy and methodology of entry into target customers. Manage and guide company’s relationships at all levels to foster company’s success at the account. Guide the business units in organizing and performing to meet or exceed the needs of the customers. Detail the criteria needed for company’s to become the chosen primary supplier, and manage the implementation of these criteria within all the company’s Interconnect units. Report all activities, opportunities, changes in the customer’s business to company’s Interconnect Senior Management and company’s corporate, to enable effective long-term sales and operations planning. Requirements: Must possess a BS degree in Tourism & Hospitality. Experience of Market Analysis and Strategic Market Planning for Business to Business Markets preferred. At least 3 years working experience in Travel Management Company. Communications skills, both oral and written (English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must). Able to communicate effectively at all levels within a customer’s organization and within company. Ability to utilize and focus a wide variety of resources to achieve long and short term objectives. Strong organizational and planning skills, to effectively bring tasks to completion in a straightforward and timely manner. Excellent problem solving skills. A personal style to motivate and foster teamwork and to demonstrate drive and commitment to succeed. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package commensurate with experience.
