Business Travel Show sees visitors rise
Visitor numbers to this year’s Business Travel Show in London rose by seven per cent to 7,232.
Exhibitor numbers were also up by about a quarter over 2006 with 97 companies taking stands at the show, according to organiser Centaur Exhibitions.
More than three quarters of exhibitors have committed to attend next year, including British Airways, Virgin Trains, National Car Rental, HRG, Sabre, TheTrainline, Portman Travel, Wyndham Hotels, Sol Melia, Europcar, Expedia, Travelocity, Barclaycard and Airplus.
Event director David Chapple said: “The change of venue to Earls Court 2 and its new timing both proved to have a positive impact on the look and feel of the show that did not go unnoticed by visitors.”
