Caesars sued over used condom
A Scottish family is suing Caesars Palace in Las Vegas after allegedly finding their five-year-old daughter with a used condom in her mouth which they say they got from a made-up bed.
The suit seeks damages for emotional distress and medical fees, said TheSmokingGun.com in documents posted at its site.
Alberto Lopez, a spokesman for Harrah’s Entertainment, says the company will “seek its remedy in court.”
A similar lawsuit filedin2003 against Harrah’s was found in its favor and the complainants had to pay some attorney costs.
