Cameroon Tourism Website Launched
Contrary to other African countries who get up to 35% of their earnings from tourism, there has been little effort to promote this sector in Cameroon.
Local inhabitants feel that well organised tourism may not only furnish earnings but also create temporary employment in the short and long run, to women and children among other economic benefits to the local population.
Cameroon is not without potential. This triangular country magnificent triangle has a wide diversity which is reflected in folklore and craftsmanship.
RECOSAF was born in West Province of Cameroon, an important economic centre. Her precise objectives are based on developing tourism resources in the region with the hope of giving each locality, the possibility of having and opening towards the world.
