Capella Sydney hotel officially opens
Following a seven-year renovation, Capella’s eagerly awaited Sydney hotel is officially open.
Occupying an entire city block near, the Opera House, the hotel is now welcoming guests.
Housed in a 1900s building, Capella Sydney offers 192 guestrooms and suites across nine floors.
“The opening of Capella Sydney is a milestone moment in the company’s global expansion,” Capella President Cristiano Rinaldi said.
Amenities include the restaurant Brasserie 1930 and McRae Bar, Auriga Spa and a heated indoor pool
The Living Room is Capella’s signature private retreat for in-house guests.
Sydney hotel guests can join a walking tour, from the hotel to the laneways and hear stories about the history of the hotel’s building and city.
To celebrate the opening, Capella Sydney is offering this tour as part of the Capella History Journey accommodation package for two guests priced at A$1500.
It is valid until 30 June 2023.
