Caribbean villa specialist acquired by MD
Turks and Caicos luxury villa rentals specialist TKCA Vacation Rentals has new ownership.
It announced the business has been acquired by Managing Director, Gerry Dallas.
TKCA Vacation Rentals intends to kickstart its expansion plans by growing its portfolio by 15% year on year.
Growth is supported by continued investment in people and product while leveraging new technology.
Dallas previously held positions at Blue Haven Resort and Seven Stars Resort & Spa (Turks and Caicos), Four Seasons (Shanghai and London), and The Landmark London before joining TKCA in 2019.
He is also on the Board of the Turks & Caicos Hotel & Tourism Association (TCHTA).
“We are well-positioned for future growth as today’s affluent traveller — including a rising wave of Gen Z wealth — is increasingly drawn to highly personalised experiences,” Dallas said.
“Our focus remains on preserving brand strength, guest confidence, and long-term positioning within the luxury market.”
TKCA Vacation Rentals is the sister company of TDMG Construction, which offers bespoke luxury builds with more than 30 years of experience in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The businesses are working together to design, build, and manage luxury properties in the region.
Current developments include One Step Grace Bay, 2 Shores beach front collection, Upper East Side private estates, and Windchaser Villas.
