Carnival Australia Hits the Road with the Complete Cruise Solution
The Complete Cruise Solution is about to embark on its first series of agent training seminars, providing an update on the latest developments for the six leading cruise lines it represents.
Complete Cruise Solution was created by Carnival Australia late last year as a central contact point for agent information, training and support for P&O Cruises in Australia, P&O Cruises in the UK, Princess Cruises, Cunard, Seabourn and Costa Cruises.
The seminar series is the first for the new brand and runs from now to June 8, targeting more than 2800 travel agents in more than 65 cities and towns throughout Australia.
The training series coincides with the release of a glossy new Travel Agent Reference Guide for Complete Cruise Solution, which will be circulated to agents over the coming weeks.
The guide provides an overview of the six cruise brands, clearly listing the ships in each fleet, alongside their tonnage, capacity and the cruise lines’ destinations. It also provides a synopsis of each line’s ideal market, and a useful calendar showing the regions where each cruise line will operates its ships between September 2006 and January 2008.
Complete Cruise Solution Vice President Sales John Molinaro said the brochure was designed to put cruise solutions at agents’ fingertips, with the brand representing more than 35 ships sailing to more than 250 ports worldwide.
“Once the agents also attend our training seminars, there will be no stopping them when it comes to matching the right cruise with the right client.”
Mr Molinaro said the seminar would provide the latest information on cruise line activity including next year’s introduction of Pacific Dawn to Australia and the deployment of Princess Cruises’ Sun Princess to Sydney.
He said the seminars would be operated by Complete Cruise Solution’s nine District Sales Managers, located across Australia.
The seminars are running from May 15 to June 8. For a full list of sessions and dates, or to RSVP for a seminar, please visit http://web.tifs.com.au/rsvp/events/current_events.htm
