Carnival Cruise Line announces more Cuba sailings from Tampa
Carnival Cruise Line is adding more Cuba cruises to meet demand.
There will be five more sailings on Carnival Paradise from Tampa featuring extended calls in Havana during 2018.
These include three five-day cruises to Havana and either Cozumel or Key West in February, July and September next year, plus six-day and eight-day sailings which call at Havana and Grand Cayman.
All voyages have an overnight call in the Cuban capital with the longer eight-day sailing giving cruisers two full days in Havana.
"Our cruises to Cuba have been very well received and we’re delighted to provide our guests with additional opportunities to experience and explore this fascinating and sought-after destination," said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
Carnival announced earlier this year an initial series of four- and five-day sailings to Havana that started in late June.
Carnival Paradise has nearly 20 shore excursions for guests to explore the country’s culture, nature and lifestyle which comply with U.S. Department of Treasury regulations.
