Carnival Cruise Line rolls out app for Australian ships

Saturday, 01 Feb, 2017 0
Carnival Cruise Line has now launched its mobile app in the Australian market.

Carnival Hub is now available for its Australia based ships to ‘maximise the fun’  featuring the line’s Fun Times daily activities schedule, searchable deck plans, full itinerary details including port calls and up to date shipboard account balance.

Carnival Hub is now live on Carnival Spirit and is coming to Carnival Legend on February 23.

"The Carnival Hub app really puts guests in control of their cruise holiday, so they never miss any of the fun onboard, and can easily plan their day from beside the pool, hop from a live show to a gym class, arrange to meet friends and family and even catch up with new friends," said Carnival Cruise Line vice president Jennifer Vandekreeke.

Vandekreeke said new functions such as the ability to book spa sessions and restaurant reservations will be rolled out this year.

Also, for a one-off fee of AU$9 per cruise, the app has a ‘chat’ function to enable guests to stay connected with family and fellow cruisers.
