Carnival Cruise Line updates Hub app
Carnival Cruise Line’s Hub app has been updated with a pre-cruise purchase function added.
As well as managing their booking and checking in through the app, guests can make pre-departure Fun Shop purchases and reserve shore excursions, spa treatments, and specialty dining.
The app update also expands the ‘Pizza Anywhere’ function which is now available on 11 ships.
It will roll out to the entire fleet later this year.
At a cost of $5, guests can order pizzas and have them delivered to their current location anywhere on the ship.
The line says it is developing a beverage ordering tool for the app.
The Hub app’s core functions include access to guests’ Sail & Sign account, a chat messaging tool, and daily events and entertainment updates.
