Carnival unveils enhanced GoCCL Navigator
Carnival Cruise Line has updated its GoCCL Navigator trade booking platform.
A new dashboard has been added, just a couple of months after the new GoCCL Navigator was launched.
It is located on the homepage and displays the adviser’s booking activity in two tabs: ‘Be the Hero Offers’ and ‘Recent Bookings.’
"We understand that for travel advisors time truly is money, and our goal with the GoCCL Navigator redesign is to create the most user-friendly and efficient booking engine," said Adolfo M. Perez, SVP of global sales and trade marketing.
The ‘Be the Hero Offers’ tab, allows advisors to easily view and convert Be the Hero upgrades for eligible bookings.
‘Recent Bookings’ shows a summary of booking activity over the past 30 days.
The new dashboard is just the first of a number of enhancements planned for GoCCL Navigator, which will include payment processing upgrades, group bookings and more.
"With this new dashboard, agents have a powerful tool to make and manage bookings," Perez added.
