Emerging Travel Group teams up with Meliá Hotels
UAE-based online travel platform Emerging Travel Group announced a new direct integration with Meliá Hotels International.
It says this is a key moment in ETG’s global expansion strategy, giving its partners a more diverse and competitive portfolio.
ETG operates the RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip brands.
The collaboration adds more than 400 Meliá hotels across 40 countries, including destinations such as Spain, Italy, France, the UAE, Thailand, Vietnam and the Dominican Republic.
Emerging Travel Group is integrating Meliá’s nine brands – Gran Meliá Hotels & Resorts, ME by Meliá, The Meliá Collection, Paradisus by Meliá, Meliá Hotels & Resorts, ZEL, INNSiDE by Meliá, Sol by Meliá, and Affiliated by Meliá.
The agreement gives Meliá access to a network of nearly 120,000 B2B travel professionals, including retail agents, tour operators and API partners in 190 markets.
The integration is via Meliá’s direct API, with real-time availability and rates and flexible payment methods.
“The direct connection will enable us to offer thousands of travel professionals faster and more competitive access to our brands, reinforcing our presence in key markets,” said Natalia Paszkowska, Senior Account Manager, Global Account Lead for ETG at Meliá Hotels International.
“The direct integration of Meliá’s portfolio expands the range of top-quality accommodation options available to our B2B partners worldwide,” added Victoria Shamshurova, MD for Wholesaler Business Unit at Emerging Travel Group.
Emerging Travel Group aggregates more than 3.2 million accommodation options available through direct connections and more than 350 suppliers.
In 2025, Emerging Travel Group achieved a gross transaction value of $4.8 billion. Over 40,000 bookings are made across the Group’s platforms daily.
