Carnival Victory to undergo major revamp and renamed to Radiance
The Carnival Victory will re-emerge from a major dry dock refurbishment in 2020 with a range of new enhancements and a brand new name.
Victory will sport the new name of Carnival Radiance and will get updated F&B, retail, wellness and entertainment facilities.
The 18-year old Victory only just got a host of new amenities and new staterooms during a dry dock earlier this year.
"This investment in Carnival Radiance and our many other refurbishment projects reflects our continued commitment to providing our guests with a fun, high quality vacation experiences across the Carnival fleet," said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
New upgrades include expanded retail space, a new Cloud 9 Spa and Serenity adults-only retreat.
The ship will also get a new Liquid Lounge and a range of new or upgraded F&B venues such as Lido Marketplace and the Chef’s Table.
More details of Carnival Radiance’s homeport and itineraries will be announced next month.
