Cheapflights in board restructure
Cheapflights has appointed Hugo Burge as its first executive chairman as part of a board-level reshuffle.
Mo Bulbrook has been promoted to executive director, while former chief executive David Soskin becomes a non-executive director.
Chris Cuddy remains as chief executive but existing non-executive chairman John Claire has left the organisation.
It is thought Cheapflights will announce new targets over the coming months after an unsuccessful attempt to raise money for the company, through a floatation or sale, over the past two years.
