CHTA announces next president
The Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association has elected Karolin Troubetzkoy as its next president.
Troubetzkoy is currently first vice president of the CHTA and takes over from incumbent CHTA president Emil Lee for a two-year term from 2016.
She is also executive director for marketing and operations at St Lucia’s Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain resorts and president of the St Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association.
Troubetzkoy will work alongside Lee before taking office as president in June 2016.
"I am honored to be selected as president-elect of CHTA and look forward to working with current president Emil Lee," she said.
"I will continue to work with the CHTA leadership on the evolution of our Association and to strengthen the National Hotel and Tourism Associations across the region."
