CIMTIG seminars return
A line up of marketing seminars has been unveiled by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Industry Group (CIMTIG).
The events will run from next month until summer 2009 and come as the group revamps its website and reveals a new image.
The first of the new series of seminars on November 25 will address the changing and merging face of the media.
Other seminars planned include:
*Castaway – Cruise marketing’s changing demographics and how to market successfully to the new audience.
*Who Wants to be a Millionaire? – Timed to coincide with the Budget announcement, this seminar will talk about how to market in a credit crunch
*The Generation X Factor – From the Digital Natives of Generation Y to the Baby Boomers, how can marketers communicate effectively in this disparate landscape?
CIMTIG chairman Hoda Lacey said: “The board of CIMTIG is very excited about our new look and feel, and about the re-launch of our marketing seminars. We’re confident that the seminars will be not only educational, but also fun.â€
*The Futurama media seminar takes place at 15 Hatfields near Waterloo in London from 18.30. Tickets are £30 including VAT. Go to www.cim.co.uk/events or phone 01628 427120.
