CLIA invites agents back to school

CLIA is launching an online ‘Summer School’ for agents in the UK and Ireland.

Taking place throughout July and August, it will offer weekly live webinars by cruise lines and other partners.

Starting on July 9, it will run every Thursday from 9-10am.

Four representatives from ocean, river, luxury and expedition cruise lines will join CLIA’s Andy Harmer at each session.

The first will feature MSC Cruises, Uniworld, Ponant and Azamara.

Additional sessions during July and August will take place on Wednesdays, where agents will hear partners’ selling tips, advice and insights. The first of these sessions, ‘Sales and Positivity with Debbee Dale’, will take place on July 8 from 9-10am.

"During the live webinars, agents will be able to ask questions and learn about the latest industry updates, helping to answer queries their customers may have," said Harmer.

Travel agent members will be able to register for the CLIA Summer School from July 1 on www.cruising.org.
