Club Med offers snow guarantee for late holidays
Club Med has reinstated its Snow Guarantee, promising clients a 50% refund if there is a lack of the white stuff at 20 of its resorts.
The guarantee will apply to all holidays departing between March 22 and April 5 booked between January and April 1. Crucially, it will cover the first week of the state school Easter holidays, but not the second.
The operator said it was designed to give clients the opportunity to consider booking later in the ski season when the slopes are less crowded and the days are longer but warmer.
Holidaymakers will receive a 50% refund of the cost of their holiday, excluding flights, if more than half the ski lifts in their resort are shut.
