Club Med rides a magic carpet in China
Club Med has opened its first international ski resort in China – the Yabuli Resort.
Located in the North-East of China in Heilongjiang Province, the all-inclusive Club Med Yabuli is at the heart of a national park at an altitude of 470 metres.
An eight-passenger high speed gondola whisks skiers up a vertical rise to the mountaintop in seven minutes.
Built in 2008 with Canadian alpine style architecture, the resort offers novice skiers the largest beginner teaching terrain in the country serviced by a network of five ‘magic carpet’ surface lifts.
Ski school- certified instructors are available for group lesson or private lessons
The resort also includes a spa in partnership with French skincare brand L’Occitane, and a Chinese restaurant – a first in Club Med Resorts.
Club Med Yabuli has six conference rooms, a business centre and a ballroom for up to 600 persons for conventions, seminars and private dinners.
