Club Med unveils new flagship ski resort with trade offer
Club Med is knocking 15% off holidays booked through travel agents for three days after its winter 2017/18 holidays go on sale on January 25.
At the same time, the all-inclusive operator will unveil its new flagship family ski resort, Grand Massif Samoens.
The resort, currently under construction in the French Alps, will offer clients access to the two ski domains of Massif and Flaine, the latter of which is the fourth largest ski area in France.
The lift pass included in the price will cover five ski stations: Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine and a natural ski park in Sixt Fer a Cheval and covers over 250kms of slopes.
Of the above ski stations, the high rise Flaine is the best known in the UK but the others are gaining more interest from skiers looking for more intimate, quieter resorts.
The ski-in, ski-out 400-plus-room property will offer direct access to the slopes from the boot room.
Club Med has also redesigned its Arcs Extreme property, which is now adult-only. The refurb covers updated rooms, theatre and lobby plus a new fitness club.
