CMA probes another Covid test provider
Competition watchdog CMA has launched a formal investigation into private PCR test provider Dante Labs. It will probe whether the firm has been refusing or delaying refunds, violating consumers’ rights or failing to respond to complaints in a timely manner.
There have been complaints made about Dante Labs to Citizens Advice and directly to the CMA over various issues in the past few months. If the CMA finds evidence, it will ‘not hesitate to take action,’ said Andrea Coscelli, Chief Executive of the CMA.
