Company created to offer new business agent travel accounts

A new company, Forte Business Travel Solutions Inc., is designed to provide agencies with needed resources to pursue new business travel accounts as well as offer the tools necessary to increase service and support levels for existing clients.

“This initiative was created to help agencies in the business travel marketplace maximize profitability through a variety of solutions that include fulfillment, staffing and consulting components,” said Don Kennedy, senior vice president, business development. He added:

“It makes sense for an agency with accounts of $250,000 or more in total volume to consider placing those accounts with Forte.”

Other candidates for the new company’s services include “those that want to venture into the business travel arena but don’t have the technology or financial resources to participate in this competitive marketplace currently. Agencies that may have difficulty finding staff, or want to expand their influence into other areas of the country, are also a good fit for Forte Business Travel Solutions,” he said.

This program is open to all US agencies and the new company already has an “extensive” support team in place, with several million in new business in the sales pipeline currently,” Kennedy said.

The services fall into three separate and distinct service components: Forte Fulfillment, Forte Staffing Solutions, and Forte Solutions Group, according to American Marketing Group which announced the company at its global conference in Florida.

One of the biggest advantages to the platform is the fact that there are “virtually no upfront costs. With the exception of a nominal monthly fee, agencies pay only for the transactions their accounts produce,” Kennedy said. He added:

“Forte Staffing Solutions partners with agencies to provide personnel solutions that increase profit, reduce full-time employee headcount, mitigate costs associated with employee retention and supervision, and provide agencies with the high-quality/lower-cost agency staffing necessary to manage their account base more effectively,” said Kennedy, noting that Forte personnel average 12.5 years of travel-professional experience.
