Comtec secures new French tour operator customer
Comtec has completed the installation of its Travelink system for a French tour operator as part of its international expansion.
Lyon-based Tourinter has implemented Comtec’s Travelink sales and management system in order to enhance the tailor-made travel service offered via its customer call centre.
Comtec has introduced a French language version of the system and integrated Amadeus Nego Fares and Amadeus Nego Space with Travelink.
Ed Whiting, product director at Comtec, said: “To grow our business, we’re looking at new markets where we feel the proposition that has lead to Comtec becoming the UK’s leading
leisure travel technology can be applied in order to enable overseas travel companies to achieve competitive advantage.
“In 2007, we’re planning to extend customer base in France, expand within North America and enter the Australasian market”.
