Concur partners with Chinese ride hailing service Didi Chuxing

Sunday, 10 Aug, 2016 0
Leading travel and expense management company Concur has announced a new partnership with China’s largest ride hailing service Didi Chuxing.

The collaboration allows Concur customers to seamlessly link their Didi Chuxing transactions to their Concur account.

Didi Chuxing users can connect their account with Concur, and  start booking rides.

On completion of the journey, an e-receipt will be automatically generated for reimbursement purposes.

"China is the third largest international market when it comes to Concur business traveler spend, and we’re seeing a dramatic increase in Didi Chuxing usage which is contributing to that spend," said Mike Eberhard, president of global distribution at Concur.

"This integration not only simplifies the expense reporting process for the growing number of Concur users booking rides with Didi, but also helps travel managers and administrators effortlessly keep track of employee spend."

Didi Chuxing, which recently announced it will take over Uber’s China operations, has a customer base of nearly 300 million users in 400 Chinese cities.

It handles an estimated 16 million rides a day on its platform.
