Contiki leads the way with its new world-wide reservations system
Contiki Holidays is announcing it will launch its new global reservation system in March 2007, with the launch phased by starting with a new booking platform followed by further enhancements in coming months.
The new reservations system will provide agents with real-time access to inventory online. Consultants will have up-to-the-second information and greater last minute booking capabilities through improved booking and confirmation facilities.
The new system will simplify the booking process and introduce user-friendly confirmations and invoices and will continue to be rolled out with enhancements to be launched later in the year which will provide travel agents with more tools and options online.
Tammy Marshall, MD, Contiki Holidays said, “We are excited to be enhancing and simplifying our booking facilities for travel consultants. We are committed to our trade partners and these developments mean simpler, quicker and more flexible booking options.
Contiki has undertaken extensive testing to ensure the transition to the new system is as smooth as possible.”
