Coral Expeditions orders another expedition cruise ship
Australian line Coral Expeditions has ordered another expedition ship which will be named Coral Geographer.
Coral Geographer is being constructed at the Vard shipyard in Vung Tau, Vietnam and will be delivered in late 2020.
Vard Vung Tau also constructed the hull of the 93.4 metre ship Coral Adventurer which was delivered in April, and now sails Asia Pacific itineraries.
Both vessels have been designed to meet the growing demand for expedition cruises in the Australian market and carry 120 passengers in accommodation across four decks.
Following market feedback, Coral Geographer will boast more Bridge Deck Balcony suites.
The ships offer about 1,000 square metres of open deck space including a wrap-around promenade deck.
