Courtyard by Marriott debuts in Perth
Courtyard by Marriott has unveiled its first Perth hotel.
Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch marks the brand’s debut in Western Australia.
Developed in partnership with Western Australian property developer Hesperia, the hotel is located in Murdoch, Perth’s fastest-growing urban catchment area.
It features all-day contemporary dining venue, Substance Restaurant & Bar, as well as flexible spaces for meetings and a 24-hour fitness centre.
It is located around 10 minutes from Perth’s Central Business District and 25 minutes from Perth International Airport.
The hotel is expected to attract a broad range of business and leisure travellers.
The Courtyard by Marriott brand has the largest global footprint among Marriott Bonvoy’s over 30 brands.

The Perth hotel’s 150 rooms range from 28 sqm to 56 sqm and comprise a mix of room types designed to maximise space and natural light
They feature flexible workspaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Reservations for Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch are now open for stays starting April 1, 2024, with a special lead-in rate from $169 per room per night
