Creative Holidays launches real-time payment in iCreate with Money Direct
In a move to continue offering the trade the highest levels of service, Creative Holidays is pleased to announce the introduction of enhanced payment capabilities in iCreate.
Effective immediately, using iCreate travel consultants can now make payments through the online booking system in real time using Money Direct.
Simply log onto iCreate, recall the booking and process the payment.
Once the payment is authorised the funds are placed directly onto the booking and there is no need to wait until the following day as was previously required with Money Direct.
Andrew Yell, general manager, product, sales and marketing, Creative Holidays said, “Creative Holidays is pleased to simplify the processes for consultants and lead the industry with this advancement, working with Money Direct to launch this great new payment option for the trade.
“We continually strive to evolve our brand, product offering and operational functionality to offer our travel partners choice, efficiency and the highest level of service.”
“This enhancement will benefit consultants for ticketing time limits, deposits and final payments.”
Note: this new booking payment enhancement works in real time if consultants make the payment in iCreate by following the prompts. Payments made directly via the Money Direct system will still be processed the next working day.
To make immediate payment with Creative Holidays on your bookings it is as simple as logging into iCreate. For further information on this new booking system please speak to your local Creative Holidays BDM.
