Reflecting the confidence of one of the largest operators in Australia in Fiji, Creative Holidays’ 2007/2008 Fiji program has been released, presenting the Australian market with an extensive range of product at competitive prices.

The announcement was made on the day the Travel Advsiory to Fiji was reduced, with the 2007 program expanded to include all new Hertz car rentals, an arts village tour as well as a selection of new hotel options like the JW Marriot Fiji Resort and Spa and Radisson Resort Fiji Denarau Island , both scheduled to open August, 2007.

The expanded program for Creative this year offers agents a one stop shop – from car rentals to cruising to mainland resorts and island getaways. The 2007 program includes dedicated sections on exclusive Mini Stay packages, Cruises, Adventures and Car Hire, Coastal Hotels, Denarau Hotels, Island Resorts, Luxury Islands , Stopovers and Sightseeing and Weddings.

Andrew Yell, GM Sales Marketing and Product, Creative Holidays said, “Fiji offers something for everyone, plus it is great value thanks to a good exchange rate, there are daily air services and it’s only four hours away.”  “For these reasons it’s not surprising that Fiji has performed so well year on year and continues to be in the top five destinations for Creative Holidays”.

“We have really rounded out our product offering ensuring we present our trade partners with an extensive and versatile selection of product to offer their clients.”  “The latest inclusions in this year’s program are primarily all the newest offerings in Fiji , ensuring we remain on the pulse of what is up and coming in this South Pacific paradise.”

“The success of Fiji for us can also be attributed to the versatility of the destination, with couples loving Fiji, particularly as there are many adults-only resorts.”  “We also offer a selection of Fiji wedding packages which are incredibly popular”.

“The Fijians are also great with children so Australian families find Fiji a popular school holiday destination; there are great kids clubs and Creative Holidays also offers kids eat free and other family friendly concepts and deals which means great value and quiet time for parents and fun for the kids.

“Where this destination truly comes into its own is for the young, single, adventurous or young at heart who can also explore Fiji with budget and alternative accommodation available, like Creative Holidays Awesome Adventures option which is incredibly popular.”

“This versatility as well as the friendliness of the Fijian people makes Fiji a popular and successful with most markets.”

“Traditionally Fiji has been a flop and drop destination with the majority of travellers staying on the Coral Coast, butwWe have seen an increase in holiday makers after combination stays, combining island stays or cruises with Coral Coast accommodation.

“This year we also have included more fully inclusive deals and bonus nights to help consultants close sales, particularly with clients who are looking for price-led deals.”

Creative Holidays’ Fiji holiday program is a comprehensive information source and research tool to help you plan your clients’ holiday and features impartial destination information supplied by Lonely Planet including temperature charts, country and area maps, event details, currency and dining information, travel facts, country highlights and much more throughout.
