Cruise Croatia hails record-breaking season
Cruise Croatia just reported its best-ever cruise season, carrying over 4,000 guests between May and October this year.
The specialist small-ship operator has seen a 33% increase in guests compared to 2022, successfully running 107 guaranteed Croatia cruise departures across eight itineraries.
It enjoyed a 99.7% occupancy rate.
Alongside the boost in passenger numbers, Cruise Croatia reported its best ever customer feedback, with average guest satisfaction scores at 99%.
Travel agent bookings have also hit an all-time high in 2023, following the introduction of a dedicated trade team in May this year.
Graham Carter, Chief Commercial Officer, said: “The success of our 2023 Croatia cruise season is a tribute to the hard work of our head office staff and onboard teams.”
“We particularly like to thank the trade for all their support in helping us meet this demand and deliver to such a high standard.”
Cruise Croatia is increasing its programme by a further 35% in 2024, running 144 guaranteed departures across 10 itineraries om six vessels.
