Cruise line bolsters agent support
Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is striving to increase agents’ use of its website with the appointment of a marketing manager with responsibility for automation.
Garry Brown will work closely with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises district sales managers to ensure retailers have full access to the online booking tools, CruisingPower.
“I want to get as many agents as possible registered to use this free service,” said Brown.
The site includes information about ships, itineraries and special offers and allows agents to manage reservations and create promotional material.
Brown, who joins from Carnival, will report into UK and Ireland operations director Paul Randall.
