CRUISE THROUGH CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEAR IN ANTARCTICA
Creative Cruising has something extra-special for this year’s Christmas or New Year celebrations: 11-nights cruising aboard the 4-star Marco Polo from Ushuaia in Argentina to Antarctica for Christmas, or 13-nights to the icy south for New Year.
The Christmas cruise departs Ushuaia on the far southern tip of South America on December 17 for the Falkland and South Shetland Islands, Hope Bay in Antarctica with a cruise of the Lemaire Channel on Christmas Eve and a visit to Deception Island on Christmas Day, then a cruise through the Drake Passage before rounding legendary Cape Horn to return to Ushuaia.
On December 28 Marco Polo sails from Ushuaia for Cape Horn, the Drake Passage, the South Shetland Islands for New Year’s Eve celebrations, Hope Bay, Lemaire Channel, and King Georges, Deception and the Falkland Islands, and back to Ushuaia.
Prices start from $4108pp for the Christmas cruise and from $4857 for the New Year cruise; both include all meals, entertainment, onboard gratuities and port charges; air to Ushuaia is additional.
