Crystal has added Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia to its programme for next winter.

It began taking bookings for the resort this week.

With 4,270 acres of terrain, Sun Peaks is the second largest ski area in Canada. Spread across three mountains, it receives an average of nearly six metres of light, dry powder every winter.

TUI UK Ski purchasing director Gordon Ritter said: "Featuring Sun Peaks is long overdue, after all we are talking about Canada’s second largest ski area with a great snow record and terrain to suit all abilities.  Access is easy, a one stop flight from London via Kamloops and a 45-minute transfer.

Crystal offers accommodation at three properties in Sun Peak, with prices starting from £966 per person including flights from London.
