Crystal cuts fares to add passengers
Crystal Cruises is trying to lure more business with fall season fare savings and the addition of enrichment experts.
The savings include 15% off of two sailings to New England and Canada. There are also lower fares on Mediterranean cruises in October.
The new fares offer savings of up to $400.
Crystal is also adding food and wine experts, as well as lectures by specialists from The Smithsonian and Sotheby’s Institutes.
The later include author Steven May, who will headline the Smithsonian Associates Theme cruise to offer insights on New England art and culture.
Award-winning chef Dominique Filoni will team up with Peter Marks, a wine expert, for cooking demonstrations and wine tastings on the Crystal Wine & Food Festival sailing.
Crystal this month received a tenth consecutive “World’s Best” award from the readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine.
