Crystal increases overnight stops in north Europe
Crystal has shortened its Northern European cruises to allow for more overnight stops.
From June 2013, Crystal Serenity is offering three 7-night itineraries and five 10-night itineraries to fit in with families and busy travellers wanting to explore the history and culture of a region.
It means a 25% increase in local overnights.
Philip Ordever, vice president international sales and marketing, said: "The shorter voyages offer guests more convenient options for families and busy travellers to explore the history, culture and beauty of the region."
While Crystal has traditionally offered 11- and 12-night Baltic itineraries, the new, shorter voyages offer more port time including an overnight stop at the cruise’s beginning and end.
Crystal is also offering a 15-night North Cape voyage which makes a maiden call to Loen and a rare visit to Olden, Norway.
