CSI Media’s One Stop Travel Technology Solution
CSI Media’s Travelberry (TourOp) is a true one-stop technology solution, which is suitable for tour operators, travel agents, airlines and bedbanks. Travelberry (TourOp) is a complete tour operator platform and provides the various features required by these different types of travel companies.
Travelberry (TourOp) allows tour operators, low cost airlines, flight companies and bed stock companies to upload their own stock and merge them with third party products through XML, API and GDS feeds. Tour operator stock can be sold as a package holiday or in any combination of components on the travel company’s website. Stock can also be sold on third party websites, through an agent system and via the XML outputs that come as standard. Travelberry (TourOp) allows for custom pricing, including mark-ups and discounts on the client’s own products and third party stock.
Travelberry (TourOp) features a CRM / call centre solution, agent and consortium distribution facilities, full financial reporting, and email marketing suite as standard. The system can be upgraded to include Web 2.0 features, such as Google mapping, content mapping, video and 360 tours.
Essentially, a travel company can use the CSI Media system as a total solution for their on and off line business.
CSI Media recently launched Travelberry (TourOp) at the Travel Technology Show, where demonstrations of the system were met with great response. The show’s visitors were impressed with the extensive features of CSI Media’s tour operator solution which cater for tour operators, travel agents, airlines and bedbanks alike. The popularity of Travelberry (TourOp) has continued since the Travel Technology Show and CSI Media have seen several travel companies sign-up for their new technology.
