CSTS Enterprises completes integration of HN Consulting
Marketing and travel tech firm CSTS Enterprises has completed the integration of HN Consulting into its corporate travel services division.
With the integration complete, HN has been rebranded as Conduca Consulting.
The integration brings HN Consulting’s industry expertise and proprietary technology platform, DATAFAMA, into CSTS’ corporate travel ecosystem.
The Conduca business will be able to offer CSTS’ clients and partners an expansive network of contacts within the global travel and procurement sectors and access to its travel management platform to optimise corporate travel workflows.
“The integration of HN Consulting marks a transformative moment for our corporate travel services,” said Abel Zhao, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Hong Kong based CSTS Enterprises.
“Conduca combines senior expertise, established networks, and cutting-edge DATAFAMA technology to deliver immediate value to our clients across Asia-Pacific and beyond.”
CSTS says the integration ensures zero disruption to existing services, with all client contracts and operations continuing as normal.
“Integrating our systems, networks, and expertise into CSTS’ structure enables us to scale globally,” said Simon Hague, Founder of HN Consulting.
CSTS Enterprises is a leader in dynamic media, entertainment, sports, and travel technology.
It offers integrated marketing solutions and services for major sports and entertainment events with regional and local brands.
