Delta Air Lines launching new routes from Boston

Delta Air Lines us adding more flights and new routes from Boston later this summer.
 
New nonstop services to Austin, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Buffalo and Norfolk are coming to Boston Logan International Airport from September.
 
Delta will fly daily from Boston to Jacksonville and Buffalo, and six times weekly to Austin, Kansas City and Norfolk.
 
Delta will be the only airline offering Boston-Norfolk flights.
 
"Delta is committed to being Boston’s global carrier of choice with service that meets the needs of both business and leisure travelers," said Bob Cortelyou, senior vice president – network planning. 
 
"Our growing network is built to support the diverse travel demands of our customers with unparalleled overall operational performance, and innovative products and services."
 
Weekend flights to West Palm Beach and Fort Myers will be upgraded to daily in time for the Christmas holiday season and to Fort Lauderdale to twice a day.
 
"Logan International Airport has seen tremendous growth over the past decade and we are pleased that Delta is continuing that streak with this exciting announcement," said Massport CEO Thomas P. Glynn.
