Delta boosting LA-Sydney flights
Delta Air Lines will boost frequencies on its nonstop Los Angeles to Sydney transpacific service from December 16, 2022.
The airline will operate up to 10 flights per week on flagship Airbus 350-900 jets, which have Delta One suites, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Economy

It is a joint $2.3 billion project to upgrade passenger facilities and tech at the airline’s west coast hub.
On 20 April, it welcomes customers into a centralized check-in area and expanded security checkpoints and baggage claim
The integrated check-in lobby features 32 self-serve kiosks and 46 check-in desks
When Delta Sky Way is fully completed in 2023, Terminals 2 and 3 will be consolidated into a 1.2-million-square-feet terminal space with 27 gates.
Delta and the TSA are also implementing the latest facial recognition tech to check bags hands-free.
