Delta exec joins Aeromexico as new chief commercial officer
Aeromexico has appointed former Delta executive Nicolas Ferri as new chief commercial officer and EVP, effective from August 1.
He will report to Aeromexico CEO Andres Conesa.
Ferri joins from partner Delta Air Lines where he served as vice president – Latin and Alliances Americas.
He was instrumental in the 2017 joint cooperation agreement between Aeromexico and Delta.
In the new role Ferri will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities such as revenue management, network planning, sales strategy and distribution.
Ferri was also involved in Delta’s partnership negotiations with GOL and worked on the planned joint venture between Delta and Canada’s WestJet.
Aeromexico operates more than 600 daily flights to nearly 100 destinations on three continents including 18 US cities.
