Delta expands interline e-ticketing
Delta has reached ET agreements with America West, Aloha, Midwest Airlines and British Airways.
The airline now has more than 93% of its customers flying with ETs. Delta hopes to have 100% ET by the end of next year.
“Out customers tell us they love the control and hassle-free flexibility of changing itineraries between Delta and other carriers without the worry of dealing with paper tickets,” said Pam Elledge, vice president of sales and distribution, Delta.
The airline now offers interline ET with many leading carriers, including Continental Airlines, Northwest and American, among others.
