Delta resuming seasonal flights to Hawaii from Twin Cities
Delta Air Lines will bring back daily seasonal flights to Honolulu from its hub at Minneapolis-St. Paul from next fall.
Flights commence October 25, 2015 through March 26, 2016 using 225-seat Boeing 767-300ER aircraft with 25 full flat-bed seats in BusinessElite.
These will be the first regular nonstop flights by Delta from the Twin Cities to Honolulu for four years.
"Delta looks forward to offering the Minneapolis-St. Paul community nonstop service to one of the most popular vacation destinations we serve," said Glen Hauenstein, Delta’s executive vice president and chief revenue officer.
"Customers traveling this route will enjoy the investments we’ve made to upgrade our onboard service, seats and complimentary in-seat entertainment."
Including the new service next fall, Delta will operate 20 daily departures to four Hawaiian destinations.
