Destination knowledge is vital warns cruise line

Norwegian Cruise Line has launched a new agent initiative – Norwegians Love Destinations – to boost destination knowledge.

The promotion will showcase a different destination each month between August and December, providing UK agents with information to help them sell cruise destinations to customers, as well as the chance to win destination themed prizes.

The campaign is in partnership with destinations including Alaska & Seattle, Baltics, New York City, Tampa, New Orleans, and Spain and agents can find destination information, links to destination websites and downloadable destination fact sheets by visiting www.ncl.co.uk/agents/destinations.

To enter agents need to visit the promotion website where each month the competition information will be uploaded.

Nick Wilkinson, director business development at Norwegian Cruise Line said: "This campaign builds on our on-going commitment to helping agents in getting their cruise bookings rolling.

"We recognise that – when selling cruise – knowledge of the destination is vital."
