DFDS launches hotel stay packages
Ferry operator DFDS is adding package holidays on its website through a partnership with WebBeds.com.
Travellers can now book their Northern Europe ferry crossing bundled with hotel accommodation together, on the ferry company’s website.
The hotel stay packages offer a range of accommodation options across Northern France, Belgium, Holland and Germany with discounts available for booking with DFDS.
Philippa Broadfield, head of campaigns at DFDS, said: “Research shows that people booking holidays abroad are increasingly turning to package holidays to get the best deals”.
“We were already working with a range of fantastic partners across Northern Europe, from luxury hotels to budget-friendly options.”
The hotel stay packages are designed to appeal to travellers taking weekend city breaks and combine with the ferry operator’s self-drive short break offers.
Sample prices for a one-night city break in Bruges start from £99 per person including three-star hotel accommodation and ferry travel with a standard car.
