‘Diet’ cruise set for the New Year
MSC Cruises is launching a “diet themed cruise” in January with diet specialist Dr Pierre Dukan.
Guests will be given the chance to shed weight and keep fit during an 11-night cruise in the Mediterranean and Atlantic..
Even the shore excursions and walking tours of the famous cities during the MSC Fantasia cruise form an integral part of the diet programme.
The cruise, which departs Genoa, Italy on January 30, will include a team of expert nutritionists, dieticians, a specialist physician trained in the Dukan Method and the chance to meet author Dr Pierre Dukan.
Guests will receive a Diet Kit and undergo a personal health assessment at the start of the cruise before being advised on individual diet and sports training programmes.
They will also be invited to daily workshops on procedures and technical aspects of losing weight, culinary demonstrations, cooking lessons and themed conferences.
